Residential Renovation and Refurbishment

Fellow Club Members,

I am being made redundant at the end of January and am setting my self up in business as a designer/contractor for the residential market.

Over the the last four years I have renovated three houses, two in Sneinton Nottingham and one in Tibshelf near Chesterfield.

My Professional services include: obtaining Planning and Building Regulation approval for New Builds, Building Extensions, Loft Conversion and Refurbishments of your own home or your investment property portfolio.

I am a qualified interior architect BA Hons Int arch & des with 10 years of professional experience designing bars, night clubs, hotels, restaurants, houses and have access to hundreds of suppliers in residential interior design products, materials and suppliers.

I am a competent joiner, brick layer, plaster, carpet installer, tiller, glazier, decorator, fence installer and gardener. Because I am not qualified in plumbing or electrical I have trusted sub-contractors that I employ to complement my skills. I can produce budget costs for your project, produce a programme of work, project manage the job and liaise with structural engineers, sub-contractors statutory authorities and offer a full interior design service for the finished refurbishment if required.

Coming from a professional background you can be assured that I am fully covered with Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of £1,000,000. I am reliable, trust worthy, respectful of your home and will complete on time and on budget to the best of my ability.
