



The junior academy is constantly growing and this means that more and more people are needed to organise it. Below is a list of current vacancies and a brief description of responsibilities for each.
Take the team list from the team coach, call all players and ensure they all get to the fixture. Assist the coach at the fixture. Compile match reports and data. No qualifications necessary.
Create team list from current members. Develop team spirit and tactics during coaching sessions as appropriate. Coach the team at fixtures (home & away) to ensure maximum performance. Assist Team Manager to compile match reports and data. Playing experience is necessary.
Take match reports from Team Managers and e-mail to the local press. Ensure that all information is passed to the Junior Academy Webmaster.
Attend matches and umpire fixtures as appropriate. No qualifications necessary as long as rules are known and understood. Training available.

The junior sub-committee meets reguarly throught the year to discuss all matters relating to the Junior Academy. Here all matters are discussed and discisions are made and fed through to the Executive committee.
